Jason Čulina
Jason Culina (born 5 August 1980) is a former Australian Association football, soccer player and coach. He played in two FIFA World Cup and AFC Asian Cup tournaments for the Australia men's national soccer team, Australia national football team. At club level, Culina had a nine-year spell in the Netherlands, winning four Eredivisie titles (one with AFC Ajax, Ajax and three with PSV Eindhoven, PSV). Club career Culina began his career with Sydney United 58 FC, Sydney United under his father, Branko Culina, before moving to AFC Ajax, Ajax, where he struggled in the reserves. Only after moving to FC Twente, Twente did Culina begin to shine at the top level in club football. This was proved by his moving to another top Dutch club, PSV Eindhoven, PSV. The Australia national under-23 soccer team represents Australia in international under-23 soccer and at the Olympic Games. Frank Farina Order of Australia, OAM (born 5 September 1964) is an Australian Association football, football (soccer) coach and former player who played as a Forward (association football), forward. A-League Men, also known as the Isuzu UTE A-League for sponsorship reasons, is a professional soccer league in Australia and New Zealand and the highest level of the Australian soccer league system. Steve Pantelidis (born 17 August 1983) is a former Australian soccer player who plays as a central defender. Club career Early career Pantelidis was reportedly a keen football player who showed plenty of potential competing against other schools. After excelling in the state championships, representing his home state Victoria, Pantelidis was selected to represent the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS). After completing his apprenticeship he joined Altona East Phoenix in the Victorian premier league. In his second year at the club he was voted player of the year. Branko Culina
Branko Culina (; born 1 October 1957) is a soccer coach and former player. He previously managed Sydney FC and the Newcastle Jets in the A-League. Playing career Culina was born in Zadar, Socialist Republic of Croatia, FPR Yugoslavia and emigrated to Australia with his mother in 1968, at the age of 10, settling in Melbourne's Croatian community. His senior playing career began with St. Albans Saints where he captained the senior team at the age of 15. In 1974, he transferred to Essendon Croatia, he had seven successful years at the club which included winning the Victorian State Championship in 1978 and the Victorian treble (State Champions, Dockerty Cup and the State League Cup) in 1979.
