Jarosław Gugała
Jarosław Rafał Gugała (born 13 April 1959, in Młynary) is a Polish radio and television journalist, actor, musician, university teacher, from 1999 to 2003 serving as an ambassador to Uruguay. Life Gugała holds an M.A. in Hispanic Studies from the University of Warsaw. He also studied economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1983, he co-founded the band Zespół Reprezentacyjny and became its singer. The band was playing songs of different cultural heritages, e.g. Brazilian, Sefardic, by Lluís Llach, Georges Brassens. In 1990, he joined news program ''Wiadomości'' (''News'') at TVP1 and started his career as a journalist and presenter. Between 1992 and 1995, he was director of the TVP1 and Television Information Agency. In 1999, Gugała was appointed ambassador to Uruguay. TV4 is a Polish free-to-air television channel originally owned by :pl:Polskie Media, Polskie Media. It was founded through the merger of Nasza TV and Polsat 2 and started broadcasting on 1 April 2000. In August 2013, Polskie Media was acquired by Telewizja Polsat, and since 2014, Polsat became a direct broadcaster of TV4. Jarosław Aleksander Kaczyński (born 18 June 1949) is a Polish politician. He co-founded the Law and Justice (PiS) party in 2001 with his twin brother, Lech Kaczyński, and has served as its leader since 2003. Bronisław Maria Komorowski (; born 4 June 1952) is a Polish politician and historian who was the fifth president of Poland from 2010 to 2015. Komorowski previously served as Ministry of National Defence (Poland), Minister of National Defence from 2000 to 2001. 2010 Polish Presidential Election
Presidential elections were held in Poland on 20 June 2010. As no candidate received a majority of votes in the first round, a second round was held on 4 July 2010. Bronisław Komorowski, the acting President of Poland and vice-chairman of the Civic Platform, defeated Jarosław Kaczyński, twin brother of the recently deceased President Lech Kaczyński and chairman of Law and Justice (PiS). Polsat News is a Polish news channel, launched on 7 June 2008 at 7:00am (UTC+1). Being a part of the Polsat Network, Polsat News is owned by Polsat Group. It is available over Polsat Box, Canal+ (Polish TV provider), Platforma Canal+ and UPC Poland digital platforms in Poland. It is broadcast on Hot Bird 6, 11158V, 27500 3/4. Agrément, in international affairs, is the agreement by a state to receive members of a diplomatic mission from a foreign country. In this procedure, the posting state formally requests consent, via a ''demande d'agréation'', from the receiving state before appointing a diplomat to the receiving state. If the nominated diplomat is acceptable to the receiving state, the receiving state gives ''agrément''. The arriving diplomat carries a letter of accreditation, normally called the letter of credence or ''lettre de créance'', from the posting state to the head of state of the receiving state, when arriving in the receiving state.
