Jakub Niewiadomski
Jakub Niewiadomski (born 9 April 2002) is a Polish professional footballer who plays as a left-back for I liga club Pogoń Grodzisk Mazowiecki. Club career Lech Poznań Jakub Niewiadomski signed a professional contract with Lech Poznań II on 1 July 2018. He was promoted to Lech Poznań in January 2020 and attended a training camp abroad. He made his debut for the Niewiadomski club on 2 November 2020 in the cup with a 2–3 win over Znicz Pruszkow, replacing Dani Ramírez from the reserve at the 76th minute. GKS Jastrzębie (loan) Niewiadomski joined GKS Jastrzębie on loan on 22 January 2021. Niewiadomski made his debut for the club on 6 March 2021, with a 2–0 win over Korona Kielce in the league match, with a 90th minute substitute. Lech Poznań is a Polish football club based in Poznań. This was their 98th season overall. They competed in Ekstraklasa, the highest ranking league in Poland. Due to COVID-19 pandemic in Poland in all Ekstraklasa and Polish Cup matches the number of spectators may reach at maximum 50% of stadium capacity. The 2020–21 II liga was the 73rd season of the third tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1948 and the 13th season of the Polish II liga under its current title. The league was operated by the PZPN. The league was contested by 19 teams. The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The season started on 28 August 2020 and concluded on 12 June 2021 (regular season). Each team played a total of 36 matches, half at home and half away. After the 18th matchday the league went on a winter break between 17 December 2020 and 26 February 2021. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 120 matches have been played with a limited number of spectators. The rest of the matches (until 17 October 2020 and on 16 May 2021) were played behind closed doors without any spectators. The 2019–20 II liga was the 72nd season of the third tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1948 and the 12th season of the Polish II liga under its current title. The league was operated by the PZPN. The league was contested by 18 teams. The regular season was played in a round-robin tournament. The season started on 27 July 2019 and concluded on 25 July 2020 (regular season). On 13 March 2020, the PZPN suspended the league due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic. The Polish Cup in Association football, football ( ) is an annual Single-elimination tournament, knockout football competition for Polish football club (association football), football clubs, held continuously since 1950, and is the second most important national title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa title. Due to mass participation of teams, the tournament is often called ''The Cup of the Thousand Teams'' ( ). Participation is open to any club registered with the PZPN, Polish FA, regardless of whether it competes in any league in the national pyramid or not. II liga (Druga liga, ), currently named Betclic II liga due to its sponsorship by Betclic, is a Polish football league that sits at the third tier of the Polish football league system. Until the end of the 2007–08 season, ''II Liga'' referred to a league at the 2nd tier, although this changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the top level league in Poland. Currently, II liga is below I liga and above III liga. Since the 2014–15 season, the league consists of a single division, unlike previous seasons when it was divided into two groups, ''West'' and ''East''. The league consists of 18 teams. IV liga Lesser Poland group (grupa małopolska), also known as Jako IV liga małopolska for sponsorship reasons, is one of the groups of IV liga, the fifth level of Polish football league system. The league was created in the 2000–01 season after a new administrative division of Poland was introduced. Until the end of the 2007–08 season, IV liga was the fourth tier of league competition in Poland, but this was changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the top level league in Poland.
