Jakub Krejčí (born 23 January 2002) is a Czech Canoe slalom, slalom canoeist who has competed at the international level since 2018. He won a gold medal in the K1 team event at the 2023 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, 2023 World Championships in London. He also won two gold medals at the European Canoe Slalom Championships, European Championships. 2018 World Junior And U23 Canoe Slalom Championships
The 2018 ICF World Junior and U23 Canoe Slalom Championships took place in Ivrea, Italy from 17 to 22 July 2018 under the auspices of the International Canoe Federation (ICF). It was the 20th edition of the competition for Juniors (U18) and the 7th edition for the Under 23 category. A total of 22 medal events took place, 11 in each of the two age categories. It was the first time that there were no men's C2 events at these championships. The mixed C2 event for juniors as well as the four Extreme K1 events were included in the program for the first time. Pau-Pyrénées Whitewater Stadium
Pau-Pyrénées Whitewater Stadium () is the home training facility for the French national canoe slalom team. It was first used to train the French team for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. It 2009, it was the first of three venues used in the canoe slalom World Cup. It is also a whitewater park for recreational use by the general public. History and design The town of Pau has long been a center of activity for French canoe slalom. The natural rapids in the center of town are still equipped with hanging slalom gates. 2025 Canoe Slalom World Cup
The 2025 Canoe Slalom World Cup is the highest level season-long series of competitions across six canoe slalom disciplines organized by the International Canoe Federation (ICF). It is the 38th edition and features five stops (or races) in five different venues. Canoeists compete for the title of the overall world cup champion in each of the eight disciplines (4 for men and 4 for women), which will be determined by the total number of points obtained from the five races. Kayak cross individual was introduced as a new event for this season. It is a kayak cross time trial that is also used as a qualification run for the kayak cross event. A new progression system was introduced, unified through all 4 classic slalom categories. Kraków-Kolna Canoe Slalom Course
The Kraków-Kolna Canoe Slalom Course is an artificial whitewater course in Poland, on the south bank of the Vistula River, in the suburb of Kolna, west of Kraków. It is fed with river water diverted around a nearby dam. The top of the course is a flatwater start pool that is covered in winter by a long white tent. Air inside the tent is heated, but the water is cold. This Olympic-standard slalom course is the site of frequent international competitions. In June 2013, it hosted the European Championships. It is part of a larger complex called the Kolna Sports and Recreation Center (Ośrodek Sportu i Rekreacji „Kolna") which includes a canal for flatwater sprint canoeing and an indoor gymnasium and swimming pool. Prague-Troja Canoeing Centre
The Prague Canoeing Centre is one of the most frequently used venues for international canoe slalom competition. Built in 1983 in Czechoslovakia, it diverts water around a dam at Troja on the Vltava river in Prague. Its two unique features are its use of car and truck tires as flow diverters and its shallow slope, closer to 1% than the usual nearly 2% for such venues. Despite these characteristics, the Troja facility has hosted ten World Cup races and one World Championship in the 21 years 1992–2012, and the 2013 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships, 2013 World Championships.
