Jaki Graham
Jacqueline Graham (born 15 September 1956) is a British singer-songwriter. Following her hit version of " Could It Be I'm Falling in Love" with David Grant in 1985, Graham scored a further five UK top 20 hits over a two-year period. In 1994, her cover version of Chaka Khan's hit " Ain't Nobody" reached number one on the US ''Billboard'' Dance Club Songs. Biography EMI years Graham was born in Birmingham to Jamaican parents. In 1983 after recording a session for a jazz funk band called Medium Wave Band, Graham was spotted by a talent scout and signed to EMI Records. Two solo singles were released in the following year, "Heaven Knows" (the title of her first album) and "Once More with the Feeling". "Ain't Nobody" is a song by American funk band Rufus and American singer Chaka Khan. It was released on November 4, 1983, by Warner Bros., as one of four studio tracks included on their live album, ''Stompin' at the Savoy'' (1983). "Ain't Nobody" quickly gathered popularity, and reached number one on the US ''Billboard'' R&B chart and number 22 on the US ''Billboard'' Hot 100. Let's Rock is an annual family-friendly, 1980s in music, 1980s-oriented music festival held throughout the United Kingdom. Since the first festival in 2009, it has grown every year to become the UK's largest festival for 1980s music, expanding to 14 locations.
