Jadeworld is a programming package operated by TVB (USA) Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the largest distributor of Chinese-language television programs – TVB Group, Hong Kong–based. TVB USA is headquartered in Los Angeles, with other operators in New York and San Francisco. Programs TVB Channels cover an array of dramas, variety shows, U.S. and Hong Kong news, and sports. Dramas Variety shows News TVB covers local, U.S. and Hong Kong news. U.S. and Hong Kong news is only offered on TVB's Jadeworld channels, however, TVB provides local news clips on their website. Sports Although TVB has a limited sports coverage that includes the Olympics, FIFA and other Hong Kong sports; with TVB on DISH, NBA TV, One World Sports and Universal Sports Network are also now offered as a part of DISH's Chinese Basic Package. Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB; zh, t=電視廣播有限公司) is a television broadcasting company based in Hong Kong. The company operates five free-to-air terrestrial television channels in Hong Kong, with TVB Jade as its main Cantonese service, and TVB Pearl as its main English service. TVB is headquartered at TVB City at the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate. TVB commenced broadcasting on 19 November 1967. The company was incorporated on 26 July 1965 and was co-founded by Sir Run Run Shaw, who was chairman from 1980 to 2012, together with Sir Douglas Clague and Harold Lee Hsiao-wo of the Lee Hysan family. When TVB first began broadcasting it was commonly known and promoted as "Wireless Television" () in Chinese to distinguish it from the then cable television broadcaster, Rediffusion Television (), which later became ATV (). Norwalk is a city in Los Angeles County, California, United States. The population was 102,773 at the 2020 census. Founded in the late 19th century, Norwalk was incorporated as a city in 1957.
