Jacob Fatu
Jacob Fatu (born April 18, 1992) is an American professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the SmackDown (WWE brand), SmackDown brand and is the WWE United States Champion in his List of WWE United States Champions, first reign. He is also known for his time in Major League Wrestling (MLW), where he was a one-time MLW National Openweight Champion and a one-time MLW World Heavyweight Champion, holding the record for the longest reign in the latter title's history at 819 days. Fatu is part of the Anoaʻi family of professional wrestlers, he is the son of Sam Fatu best known as Tama and Tonga Kid. MLW World Heavyweight Championship
The MLW World Heavyweight Championship is a world heavyweight championship owned and promoted by Major League Wrestling (MLW). It is the promotion's principal championship. The championship was established on June 15, 2002 at the Genesis and was active until February 10, 2004 after the promotion stopped hosting events. The championship was reactivated in 2018. History On June 15, 2002, Major League Wrestling held an eight-man single-elimination tournament to crown the first MLW Champion at its inaugural Genesis event. Jerry Lynn, Shane Douglas, Vampiro and Taiyo Kea advanced to the semifinals. Douglas defeated Lynn to advance to the finals, and caused the match between Vampiro and Kea to be declared a no contest. Intimidation Games (2019) was a professional wrestling supercard event produced by Major League Wrestling (MLW), which took place on March 2, 2019 at the Cicero Stadium in Cicero, Illinois. The event aired live on television as a special episode of '' Fusion'' on beIN Sports. It was the second event under the Intimidation Games chronology. Fourteen matches were contested at the event, with two matches airing live. The main event of the live broadcast was a steel cage match, in which Tom Lawlor retained the MLW World Heavyweight Championship against Low Ki. This is a list of professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV), Card (sports)#Supercard, supercard, and streaming events held by Major League Wrestling (MLW).
