Jacob Barsøe
Jacob Jepsen Barsøe (born 21 September 1988) is a Danes, Danish rowing (sport), rower who won a silver medal at the 2016 Summer Olympics and bronze medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics, both in the men's lightweight sculls. Personal life Barsøe was born on 21 September 1988 in Vejle, Syddanmark, Denmark. He studied at the Copenhagen Business School. Vejle () is a city in Denmark, in the southeast of the Jutland Peninsula at the head of Vejle Fjord, where the Vejle River and Grejs River and their valleys converge. Bosbaan
The Bosbaan is a rowing lake situated in the Amsterdamse Bos (Amsterdam Forest) in Amstelveen, Netherlands. Amstelveen is a municipality and a town in the Netherlands and is part of the metropolitan area of Amsterdam. Confusingly, all built structures at the north-eastern end of the course fall under jurisdiction of the city of Amsterdam. The Bosbaan (literal translation: Forest course) is the oldest artificial rowing course in the world. Tangeum Lake () is an artificial lake at Chungju in South Korea., 2013 Chungju, South Korea. The lake is located between Chungju Dam and another dam that regulates its flow. There are leisure facilities including Jungangtap Park and Keum Sports Park. The lake is surrounded by roads with good views. Denmark competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, from 27 July to 12 August 2012. The National Olympic Committee and Sports Confederation of Denmark sent the nation's second largest delegation to the Games after the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta. Morten Jørgensen (born 23 June 1985 in Næstved, Denmark) is a Danish former lightweight rower. He won a gold medal at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Lightweight coxless fours together with Thomas Ebert, Eskild Ebbesen, and Mads Andersen. Morten Jørgensen was a substitute for the crew, the Gold Four, going into the 2008 Summer Olympics. One and a half months before the event he substituted for Bo Helleberg who was injured. In the initial heat, the Danish boat broke the Olympic record, only to beat it again in the semifinal. The Danish team went on to win the gold medal, beating the Polish beat by more than 1.5 seconds.
