IGIS Asset Management
IGIS Asset Management (also IGIS; short for Integrated Global Investment Solution) is a real estate investment firm headquartered in Seoul, South Korea. In 2022, IREI ranked IGIS as the second largest real estate manager in Asia based on assets under management. Background The firm was founded in 2010 as PS Asset Management by Kim Dai Young. In 2012, the firm was rebranded to IGIS Asset Management. In 2015, Kim stepped down from managing duties of the firm and was succeeded by Cho Kab Joo and Andie Kang who would become Co-CEOs of the firm. Later on Joseph Lee also became an additional Co-CEO of the firm. In 2018, the firm filed for an initial public offering on the Korea Exchange but the process was stopped after the death of Kim in October. Axa Equitable Center (originally the Equitable Tower or Equitable Center West) is an office skyscraper at 787 Seventh Avenue, between 51st and 52nd Streets, in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. Completed in 1986 and designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes, the building measures tall with 54 stories. Equitable Center West was developed by the Equitable Life Assurance Society (later renamed Equitable Holdings, part of Axa) adjacent to Equitable's existing skyscraper at 1285 Avenue of the Americas. Trianon (Frankfurt Am Main)
Trianon is a 45-story, skyscraper in the Westend-Süd district of Frankfurt, Germany, completed in 1993. It is the headquarters for DekaBank; other tenants are Deutsche Bundesbank and Franklin Templeton. Atop the building is an inverted pyramid suspended from the three corners.
