IESE
IESE Business School is the graduate business school of the University of Navarra. Founded in 1958 in Barcelona where its main campus is located,LĂłpez, T. & Pampliega, J“La fundaciĂłn del IESE (1956–1958)” Universidad de Navarra, Biblioteca Virtual JosĂ© MarĂa Escrivá de Balaguer/ IESE in 1963 formed an alliance with Harvard Business School (HBS) and launched the first two-year MBA program in Europe. IESE has campuses in Barcelona, Madrid, Munich, New York and SĂŁo Paulo. As a business school, the different campuses teach Master of Business Administration (MBA), Executive MBA and Executive Education programs. IESE is an initiative of the Opus Dei, a personal prelature of the Catholic Church. Franz Heukamp
Franz Heukamp (born September 6, 1973, Germany) is the dean of IESE Business School and has held this post since 2016. He is also business management scholar and Professor of Managerial Decision Sciences at IESE Business School, University of Navarra. Biography Heukamp has been a member of IESE faculty since 2002. In 2016 he was appointed Dean by the President of the University. He holds a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1999–2002), a degree in Civil Engineering from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées – ParisTech and a degree in engineering from the Technische Universität München. Heukamp is a scholar of behavioral decision-making with a special interest in the area of neuroeconomics. 165 West 57th Street, originally the Louis H. Chalif Normal School of Dancing headquarters, is a building in the Midtown Manhattan neighborhood of New York City. It is along the northern sidewalk of 57th Street between Sixth Avenue and Seventh Avenue. The five-story building was designed by George A. and Henry Boehm for dance instructor Louis H. Chalif. It was designed as an event space, a school, and Chalif's apartment. 165 West 57th Street has an asymmetrical facade. The original ground story was originally built with ivory-colored Dover marble but was later refaced with limestone. At the second and third stories, the facade contains a diagonal pattern resembling a diamond, with terracotta molding. Inside were a ballroom at the second story (later known as the Carl Fischer Hall, Judson Hall, or CAMI Hall) and a dining area at the third story. Franck Riboud
Franck Riboud (born 7 November 1955) is a French businessman. He served as the chairman of Danone. Biography Franck Riboud was born on 7 November 1955 in Lyon. He is the son of Antoine Riboud, the previous CEO, who transformed the former European glassmaker BSN Group into a leading player in the food industry. He attended the Lycée Ampère in Lyon, and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne in Switzerland. Riboud took over the reins at Danone from his father in 1996, although his family only spoke for 1% of Danone's share capital at the time. Rafael Del Pino (businessman)
Rafael del Pino y Moreno (and family) (born 10 November 1920 in Madrid, Spain; died 14 June 2008 in Madrid) was one of the wealthiest men in Europe. He had a net worth of approximately 8.6 billion US dollars in 2007. Del Pino founded the construction company Ferrovial in 1952, which became one of Spain's largest builders. He stepped down as President of Ferrovial in 2000, passing on the position to his son, Rafael del Pino Calvo-Sotelo, who now heads the business. He held an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. In 2000 he founded the FundaciĂłn Rafael del Pino with the mission of developing future leaders. Michel Camdessus (born 1 May 1933) is a French economist who served as the seventh managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) from 1987 to 2000, the longest serving in that position. Juan Antonio Pérez López (1934–1996) was a Spanish business theorist. He was professor of ''Organizational Behavior'' at the IESE Business School (Spain), where he became Dean (1978–1984).
