The Itaúnas River () is a river of Espírito Santo state in eastern Brazil. The Itaúnas State Park, created in 1991, is named after the Itaúnas River, which runs through the park for . The river approaches the coast at the settlement of Itaúnas and then runs southwest, parallel to the coast behind a sand bar, before entering the Atlantic Ocean to the north of Conceição da Barra. Espírito Santo (; ) is a state in southeastern Brazil. Its capital is Vitória, and its largest city is Serra.
