Ip (; ) is a commune in Sălaj County, Crișana, Romania. It is composed of five villages: Cosniciu de Jos (''Alsókaznacs''), Cosniciu de Sus (''Felsőkaznacs''), Ip, Zăuan (''Szilágyzovány''), and Zăuan-Băi (''Zoványfürdő'').
