Ioanna Filippou (, born 1995) is a Cypriot model and beauty pageant titleholder. She holds the title Miss World Kypros 2013. At the Star Kypros, she was crowned as the second title who was represented Cyprus at Miss World 2014 Star Cyprus 2013 Eventually, Elisa Georgiou won the title of ''Star Cyprus 2013'' and she also won the title of Miss Fantastic in 2013. Star Cyprus or Miss Cyprus () is a national Beauty pageant in Cyprus held the last quarter of the year, primarily in November. The 2 winners compete internationally, the following year. Due to the return of the Miss Universe franchise held in 2013. Between that year to 2015, the winner is sent to Miss World and the runner-up was sent to Miss Earth. In 2016, the contest was split into two, while Star Cyprus sends the winner to Miss World, created Miss Kypros that is sent the winner to Miss Earth. The most recent Miss Cyprus was Eleni Efstathiou. A young ambitious and beautiful teen joined the competition at age 18. She won the crown by impressing the judges with her compassion for the environment. Miss Universe 2014 was the 63rd Miss Universe pageant, held at the FIU Arena in Miami, Florida, United States on 25 January 2015. This was the first time in the history of the competition that the pageant was not held during the year the title was awarded for. However, the pageant was still known as the 2014 pageant.
