Henry Stone (politician)
Henry Stone is an American politician serving as a member of the Iowa House of Representatives from the 9th district. Elected in November 2020, he assumed office on January 11, 2021. Early life and education Stone was raised in a military family and lived throughout the country as a child. After graduating from high school, he joined the United States Air Force. He served in the Air Force for 22 years and retired as a master sergeant. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Education from Trident University International. Career Since retiring from the military, Stone has worked as a college football coach. He was an assistant coach at Waldorf University where he coached wide receivers and quarterbacks. The Iowa General Assembly is the State legislature (United States), legislative branch of the state government of Iowa. Like the federal United States Congress, the General Assembly is a bicameral body, composed of the upper house Iowa Senate and the lower house, lower Iowa House of Representatives respectively. Sue B. (née Blunt) Mullins (born June 18, 1936) was an American farmer and politician. Born in Denver, Colorado, Mullins graduated from Evanston Township High School in Evanston, Illinois. Lester D. Menke (December 16, 1918 – March 5, 2016) was a state Representative from the Iowa's 5th and 7th Districts. Marcella R. Frevert (born October 26, 1937) was the Iowa State Representative from the 7th District. She served in the Iowa House of Representatives from 1996 through 2011. She received her AA from Emmetsburg Junior College, her BS from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and her MA from the University of Northern Iowa.
