Ionuț Panțîru
Ionuț Constantin Panțîru (born 22 March 1996) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a left back for Liga II club Voluntari. Club career Politehnica Iași In January 2017, after a year in the Romanian third league with Știința Miroslava, Panțîru moved to Liga I club Politehnica Iași. He subsequently signed a five-year deal with his new team. On 17 November 2017, Panțîru scored his first goal for Politehnica, in a Liga I game against FCSB, and helped his team earn a 1–0 victory. FCSB Before putting pen to paper with FCSB, Pantîru was accused of having made explicit videos through an adult site. In April 2021, Panțiru was seriously injured after colliding with a teammate on the field. Two operations in Italy followed and 11 months off. The recovery did not go well, so he underwent a third surgery and was subsequently sidelined for another 8 months. The Supercupa României () is a Romanian football (soccer), football championship contested by the winners of the Liga I and the Cupa României. It is usually played at the Arena Națională in Bucharest. The competition started off in 1994 Supercupa României, 1994, with the first edition being won by FCSB, Steaua București. In 2010 Supercupa României, 2010, for the first time in its history, the Supercup was held even though CFR Cluj had been victorious in both the league and the cup in the previous season. The 2024–25 Liga II was the 85th season of the Liga II, the second tier of the Romanian football league system. A total of 22 teams contest the league. It is the ninth Liga II season with a single series. The first two teams will be promoted to Liga I at the end of the season and the third-placed and fourth-placed team will play a play-off match against the 13th-placed and 14th-placed team from Liga I. The 2022–23 Liga I (also known as SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) was the 105th season of the SuperLiga, the top professional league for Romanian association football clubs. The season started on 21 August 2020 and ended on 19 May 2021. CFR Cluj were winners and three-time defending champions. It was the sixth season to take place in the play-off/play-out format, and the first since the 2005–06 season to feature 16 teams. The play-off/play-out rule was also altered, with the first six teams at the regular season qualified for the play-off tournament and the last ten for the play-out. The first six teams played two matches against each other as before, but in the play-out the teams only played once against each other.
