Ionuț Cioinac
Ionuț Adrian Cioinac (born 14 January 1991) is a Romanian professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Viitorul Dăești. A versatile player, Cioinac plays mainly as a mainly as a defensive midfielder, but he has also been deployed on numerous occasions as a centre-back. Club career After spending the first half of his career in the lower tiers of Romanian football, Cioinac made his Liga I debut while on loan at Dinamo București, on February 23, 2014, in 1–2 loss to Viitorul Constanța. At the end of the 2013–14 Liga I season he was released by Dinamo and returned to Fortuna Brazi. Pandurii Târgu Jiu After another two seasons in the Liga II, Cioinac returned to the top tier of Romanian football to sign with struggling Pandurii Târgu Jiu. Craiova
Craiova (, also , ) is the largest city in southwestern Romania, List of Romanian cities, the seventh largest city in the country and the capital of Dolj County, situated near the east bank of the river Jiu River, Jiu in central Oltenia. FC Unirea Constanța
Asociația Fotbal Club Unirea Constanța (), commonly known as Unirea Constanța, was a Romanian professional football club. Unirea was founded in the summer of 2021 by taking over Farul Constanța's berth in the second league; the move was approved after Farul left the spot open as a result of its merger with Liga I side Viitorul Constanța. History Unirea Constanța was established in the summer of 2021 on the ashes of the former Farul Constanța entity, its berth in the league championship remaining unused after the merger between Farul and Viitorul Constanța. Unirea Constanța unveiled itself as "the team of the South Coast", with local businessman Altay Nuredin being the man who ensures the financing. Moldavia

Flavius Stoican
Flavius Vladimir Stoican (born 24 November 1976) is a Romanian professional football manager and former player, currently in charge of Liga II club CSM Reșița. Club career Stoican started his career at FC Drobeta, but soon he left them for Universitatea Craviova, where he played for seven years. In the summer of 2002, Stoican moved to Romanian giants Dinamo București. While playing for Dinamo, Shakhtar Donetsk manager, Mircea Lucescu, spotted Stoican's abilities and brought him to the Ukrainian Premier League club in the summer of 2003. He spent four years at Shakhtar Donetsk before moving to Metalist Kharkiv. He did not manage to find a place in the first team at Metalist and returned to Dinamo București for the final year of his playing career. The Liga 2, most commonly spelled as Liga II, is the second level of the Romanian football league system. The league changed its name from Divizia B just before the start of the 2006–07 Liga II, 2006–07 football season. It is currently Sponsor (commercial), sponsored by Casa Pariurilor, a betting company under the official name Liga 2 Casa Pariurilor. Format Since its inception in 1934, Liga II has had between 2 and 9 parallel divisions, with clubs divided based on geographic regions. But since the 2016–17 Liga II, 2016-17 Liga II, it changed to one group of 20 teams. Currently, the top six teams goes in the promotion play-off, in which the top 2 teams get promoted and the next 2 play a promotion play-off against teams from Liga I.
