Ioan Chirilă
Ioan Chirilă (25 October 1925 – 21 November 1999) was a Romanian sports broadcaster and sports writer. The Ioan Chirilă Awards are named in his honour. He was married to actress Iarina Demian with whom he had two sons: Ionuț Ionuț is a Romanian language, Romanian masculine given name. The English equivalent is Johnny. Izmail
Izmail (, ; ; , or ; ) is a List of cities in Ukraine, city and List of hromadas of Ukraine, municipality on the Danube river in Odesa Oblast in south-western Ukraine. It serves as the administrative center of Izmail Raion, one of seven districts of Odesa Oblast, and is the only locality which constitutes Izmail urban hromada, one of the hromadas of Ukraine. In Russian historiography, Izmail is associated with the 18th century Siege of Izmail, storming of the Ottoman fortress of Izmail by Russian general Alexander Suvorov. It was the capital of Izmail Oblast, but it is no longer, as Izmail Oblast joined Odesa Oblast in 1954. It is the largest Ukrainian port in the Danube Delta, on its Chilia branch. Sports journalism is a form of writing that reports on matters pertaining to sporting topics and competitions. Sports journalism has its roots in coverage of horse racing and boxing in the early 1800s, mainly targeted towards elites, and into the 1900s transitioned into an integral part of the news business with newspapers having dedicated sports sections. Tudor Chirilă (born 28 May 1974 in Bucharest, Romania) is a Romanian actor, musician, and writer. He was the lead singer of the bands Vama Veche and Vama. As an actor, he has featured in both short and feature-length films and has appeared in plays under the direction of Alexandru Darie, Alexandru Dabija, and Horațiu Mălăele, among others. In 2014, he became a coach on season 4 of '' The Voice of Romania''. In 2012, he published his first book, ''Exerciții de Echilibru'', a collection of writings from his personal blog.
