Intervision Song Contest 2025
Intervision 2025 ( rus, Интервидение 2025) is an international Music competition, song competition that is scheduled to take place at the Live Arena in Novoivanovskoye near the city of Moscow, Russia, on 20 September 2025. The event is expected to feature representatives from countries primarily from BRICS, Commonwealth of Independent States, CIS, Latin American, and Middle Eastern states, each with a single entrant. Although it takes the name from the former Intervision Song Contest, and it was announced as a revival of it, it is an unrelated event. In a decree by Russian president Vladimir Putin, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko was declared chairman of the organising committee, while the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Russia), Russian foreign ministry will be in charge of promoting the contest. Dmitry Nikolayevich Chernyshenko (; born 20 September 1968) is a Russian businessman and politician serving as Deputy Prime Minister of Russia for Tourism, Sport, Culture and Communications since 2020. Previously, he was the President of the Sochi 2014 Olympic Organizing Committee for the 2014 Winter Olympics which were held in Sochi, Russia. The Eurovision Song Contest 2022 was the 66th edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Turin, Italy, following the country's victory at the with the song "" by Måneskin. Интервидение), also known as the Intervision Song Contest 2008, was an international song competition that took place at Festivalny concert hall in Sochi, Russia.
