Inner Ring Road, Hyderabad
The Inner Ring Road is a 50 kilometer city arterial road in Hyderabad, Telangana. It was built to decongest city roads and give way for trucks and other commercial vehicles. History IRR's master plan called as Intelligent Transport System was done by Nippon Koei india private Limited of Japan. The project which includes the Outer Ring Road, Hyderabad, has been implemented with assistance from Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and its construction has finished in 2008. The Road The road passes through Mehdipatnam including Masab Tank, Banjara Hills, NH 65 via Punjagutta, NH 44 via Begumpet, Mettuguda, Tarnaka, Habsiguda, Uppal, NH163 via Bhuvanagiri road, Nagole, L. B. Nagar, karmanghat, champapet, Santoshnagar crossroads, NH 765 via Chandrayangutta, Kurnool highway, Rajendranagar bypass road, via SH 2 Attapur, RethBowli. The road joins the P. V. Elevated Expressways In Hyderabad
P. V. Narasimha Rao Expressway is an 11.6 km long elevated road connecting the Hyderabad International Airport with Mehdipatnam. Chief minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy laid the foundation stone for the project. It was opened to the traffic at the end points on 19 October 2009. The entry for cyclists, two and three-wheelers, three and four-wheeled seven seater and goods vehicles is prohibited. Radial Roads, Hyderabad (India)
The Radial Road or RR are roads identified as the main connecting roads between inner ring road and outer ring road in Hyderabad, Telangana India. It was built for better connectivity between city roads. Overview The project aimed at giving better connectivity plans to extend the existing Ring Roads (inner/outer) to 4/6 lanes. On the initiation of the (HMDA), the two radial roads to be extended include the roads, as of January, 2012, from Shaikpet to Kokapet(outer ring road/ORR) and Radhika Theatre to Yadgarpally outer ring road via Thumkunta. The project is being assisted financially by the (JICA). Work on another three roads are already in progress. According to HMDA's survey, altogether 33 radial roads will be required to ensure smooth traffic flow from the inner to outer ring road. The Unified Metropolitan Transportation Authority or UMTA is the urban transportation planning agency of Hyderabad, Telangana, India. It was constituted in 2008 by an Act of the Andhra Pradesh legislature (G O Ms. No. 624).
