Inhale Exhale was an American metalcore band from Cleveland, Ohio. Formed in 2005 by guitarist John LaRussa and bassist Brian Pittman, the band released four studio albums, three with Solid State Records and one with Red Cord Records. They disbanded in 2013. History The band was formed in 2005 by guitarist John LaRussa (former member of the band Narcissus (band), Narcissus) and bassist Brian Pittman (former member of the band Relient K). In 2006, they added vocalist Ryland Raus and Bobby Poole II on drums prior to the recording and release of their Solid State Records debut, ''The Lost. The Sick. The Sacred''. They shot two videos for the album singles "A Call to the Faithful" and "Redemption", both of which appeared on Fuse (TV channel), Fuse's ''Top 20 Countdown'' and MTV's ''Headbangers Ball''. ''Alternative Press'' is an American entertainment magazine primarily focused on music and culture. It generally provides readers with band interviews, photos, and relevant news. It was founded in 1985 by Mike Shea in Cleveland, OH. The company is now managed by MDDN, and based in Los Angeles, CA. History The first issue of ''Alternative Press'' was distributed at concerts in Cleveland, Ohio beginning in June 1985 by ''APs founder, Mike Shea to advocate for bands playing underground music. The name of the magazine, ''Alternative Press'', was not a reference to the alternative rock genre, but referred to this fanzine being an alternative to the local press. ''Outburn'' is a print magazine and online publication focusing on alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock, indie rock, and other genres. It presents news on bands, music releases, and events, in-depth interviews, high-quality studio and live photography, and music reviews. From March 2018 to March 2021, the print magazine was on hiatus. In April 2021, Outburn resumed publication of the print magazine, beginning with issue #93. Lovedrug is an American alternative/indie rock band formed in Alliance, Ohio, United States, in 2002 by singer/guitarist Michael Shepard. History Lovedrug released their first EP, the ''Lovedrug'' EP, with the follow-up EP, the ''Rocknroll'' EP, coming in mid-2004. After signing to The Militia Group, an indie-rock label, the band released their first full-length ''Pretend You're Alive'' on July 27, 2004. The album was produced by Tim Patalan, and featured dark, guitar-driven art rock. The album became the label's fastest selling debut ever, selling close to 20,000 copies in the first few months of its release. "I Swear" is a song written by Gary Baker and Frank J. Myers that became a hit for American country music artist John Michael Montgomery in 1993, and for American R&B group All-4-One in 1994. Last Tuesday was an American Christian punk band formed in 1999 in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, United States. They played their final show on March 10, 2007. After the announcement from Steve Gee that he would be leaving the band, Last Tuesday no longer had any of its original members. Project 86 is an American rock band from Orange County, California, formed in 1996. The band has released twelve albums, which have collectively sold nearly 500,000 units worldwide, two EPs, two DVDs, and one live album. In 1998, BEC Recordings released a Project 86 (album), self-titled debut album that was well received by critics and consumers. Their second release, ''Drawing Black Lines'', garnered attention from mainstream record labels; Atlantic Records, Atlantic licensed the album from Tooth & Nail Records, the parent company of BEC. Oh, Sleeper is an American metalcore band from Fort Worth, Texas that formed in 2006 with former members of Terminal. In over a decade's span, Oh, Sleeper has released four full-length albums, two EPs, and toured worldwide as an opening act. After independently releasing ''The Titan EP'' and traveling in the full Van's Warped Tour 2013, the band went on hiatus to allow clean vocalist and lead guitarist Shane Blay to join As I Lay Dying members in starting California-based metal band Wovenwar.
