Indiranagar (officially Indiranagara), is an affluent, mid-sized neighbourhood in east Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Indiranagar is one of the most expensive cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Bangalore. Community The Indiranagar Sangeetha Sabha organises music and dance programs. It also conducts promotional activities, seminars, puppet shows and annual cultural programs, such as vocal and instrumental music concerts. Sangeetha Sabha constructed Purandhara Bhavan, which promotes performing arts, theatre and drama. Close to the Sangeetha Sabha is the Indiranagar Club, spread across 2.5 acres of land. Bengaluru Urban district is the most densely populated of the thirty-one List of districts of Karnataka, districts that comprise the Indian state of Karnataka. Jeevanbheemanagar
Jeevanabimanagara, also known as Jeevan Bhima Nagar is a residential area of east Bangalore. The area extends from the Indiranagara 80 Feet Road in the west to Suranjandas Road in the east. Sublocalties like New Thippasandra, HAL 3rd Stage, Geethanjali Layout, Annayappa Garden, Anandapura, Shivalingaiah Colony, Kullappa Colony, Sudhama Nagara, BDA Layout and Nanja Reddy Colony are also considered a part of Jeevanabimanagara. Originally, the area was developed for the employees of LIC and KPWD. Therefore, the area predominantly consists of LIC quarters (types L, M, N, P) and KPWD quarters (types A,B,C & D). Domlur
Domlur is a small township located in the eastern part of Bangalore city in India. Domlur was included in the erstwhile Bangalore Cantonment, Bangalore Civil and Military Station under the British Madras Presidency till it was transferred to the Mysore State in 1949. Ulsoor
Halasuru, known as Ulsoor during the British Raj, British Rule, is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in the city of Bengaluru. Murphy Town, Bangalore
Murphy Town or Knoxpete, is a suburb located near Bangalore Cantonment, India. It is one of the oldest planned suburbs of the Cantonment, and was earlier known as Knoxpete, and was later changed to Hoysala Nagar. It is located North of Ulsoor, Halasuru, with Murphy Road running along its periphery, and is also bounded by Old Madras Road and Kensington Road, with part of Kensington Road overlooking Halasuru Lake Madras Sappers.
