The Inclusive Alliance Platform – Terra Ranka (PAI – Terra Ranka; ; Guinea-Bissau Creole: ''Terra Ranka,'' ) is a Bissau-Guinean political coalition formed for the 2023 Guinea-Bissau legislative election, 2023 legislative election and mainly led by the African Party for the Independence of Guinea and Cape Verde (PAICG). Domingos Simões Pereira (born 20 October 1963) is a Guinea-Bissau, Bissau-Guinean politician who was Prime Minister of Guinea-Bissau from 2014 to August 2015. He previously served as Executive Secretary of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries, also known as the Lusophone Commonwealth, from 2008 to 2012. Since Guinea-Bissau's unilateral declaration of independence from Portugal on 24 September 1973, there have been six presidents, five acting presidents and three interim military leaders.
