Império Endurance Brasil
The Endurance Brasil (known as Império Endurance Brasil for sponsorship reasons) is a Sports car racing series based in Brazil organized by the Associacao de Pilotos de Endurance (APE). From 2001 until 2016 the series was organizaed by Brazilian Automobile Confederation (CBA) under the Brazilian Endurance Championship name when it was folded due to a lack of entrants. Champions The following drivers have previously won the Império Endurance Brasil in their respective classes. Sports car racing is a form of motorsport road racing that uses sports cars with two seats and enclosed wheels. The Mercedes-AMG GT is a series of 2-door sports cars produced by German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-AMG. The car was introduced on 9 September 2014 and was officially unveiled to the public in October 2014 at the Paris Motor Show. Ginetta G55 GT4
The Ginetta G55 is a specialist sports car, which has been built by Ginetta Cars since 2011. It is built to the FIA GT3 regulations, and the cars are raced in a one-make series; the Ginetta GT Supercup. In addition to this, they are also used in the GT3 class of competitions such as the British GT Championship. It was an evolutionary update of the Ginetta G50, which is a GT4-class car. Cup Ginetta Cars announced in November 2010 that they were going to be building a new sports car, and named it as the G55. In February 2011, the car was released, as a more powerful evolution of the G50. The G55 featured a Ford-sourced 3.7 litre V6, producing 370 hp, in addition to a 6-speed sequential manual gearbox, built by Hewland.
