Igor Vinícius de Souza (born 1 April 1997), known as Igor Vinícius, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a right-back for Campeonato Brasileiro Série A club Santos. Club career Santos Born in Sinop, Mato Grosso, Igor Vinícius joined Santos' youth setup in 2010, aged 12. After progressing through the club's youth setup, he was called up to the main squad for a Copa do Brasil match against Santos-AP on 20 April 2016. Athletic pubalgia, also called sports hernia, core injury, hockey hernia, hockey groin, Gilmore's groin, or groin disruption, is a medical condition of the pubic joint affecting athletes. It is a syndrome characterized by chronic groin pain in athletes and a dilated superficial ring of the inguinal canal. Football and ice hockey players are affected most frequently.
