Igor Jovović
Igor Jovović ( sr-Cyrl, Игор Јововић, ; born 16 October 1982) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach who is head coach for Mitteldeutscher BC of the German Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). Coaching career Jovović got his first job in coaching career as an assistant coach to Dejan Radonjić at Budućnost Podgorica, in 2007. In 2013 he was appointed as head coach of Budućnost. With Budućnost, he won two Montenegrin League titles and managed to play two Adriatic League semifinals in both the 2013–14 and 2014–15 seasons. He resigned from Budućnost on 26 November 2015. In the summer of 2015, Jovović was appointed as new head coach of Nikšić-based team Sutjeska. On 15 July 2020, he signed with Telekom Baskets Bonn of the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) as head coach. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the German basketball league system, highest level Sports league, league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are Relegation, relegated to a lower-tier league. Dejan Radonjić
Dejan Radonjić ( sr-cyr, Дејан Радоњић; born 2 February 1970) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach and former basketball player. He was most recently the head coach for Bahçeşehir Koleji of the BSL. Standing at , he played in the point guard position for Lovćen, Budućnost, Profikolor, FMP Železnik, and NIS Vojvodina. He won three YUBA League championships and a Yugoslav Cup with Budućnost. He retired as a player with NIS Vojvodina in 2004. Radonjić became the head coach for Budućnost in 2005. Until 2012, he won seven consecutive Montenegrin League championships and six consecutive Montenegrin Cup tournaments with Budućnost. In 2013, Radonjić joined Serbian team Crvena zvezda. Until 2017, he won both the Adriatic League and Serbian League championships the same 3-in-a-row sequence, as well as three Serbian Cup tournaments. Nikšić (Cyrillic script, Cyrillic: Никшић, ), is the second largest city in Montenegro, with a total population of 32,046 (2023 census) located in the west of the country, in the centre of the spacious Nikšić field at the foot of Trebjesa Hill. The ABA League, renamed the ABA League First Division in 2017, is the top-tier regional men's professional basketball league that originally featured clubs from former Yugoslavia (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia and Slovenia). The Prva A liga, for sponsorships reasons named the Erste Liga, is the top-tier professional basketball league in Montenegro. It is the highest basketball division organized by the Basketball Association of Montenegro (KSCG).
