Igor Hinić
Igor Hinić (born 4 December 1975) is a Croatian former professional water polo player, who was a member of the Croatia national team, that won the silver medal at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, and the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Hinić played in five consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country from 1996 to 2012. He is, jointly with Greek Georgios Afroudakis and Hungarian Tamás Kásás, the tenth athlete to compete in water polo at five Olympics. He was also voted the Croatia national team's most valuable player. He played for Primorje, Brescia, Mladost, Enka Istanbul, and was right handed. He won the Italian Championship 2003, and Turkish Championship in 2015. Currently, Hinić is the coach in his hometown of Rijeka. He is 6'8" tall and weighs 243 lbs. Rijeka

The Croatia men's national water polo team represents Croatia in international water polo competitions and is controlled by the Croatian Water Polo Federation. The 2012 FINA Men's Water Polo World League is played between November 2011 and June 2012 and open to all men's water polo national teams. After playing in groups within the same continent, eight teams qualify to play in a final tournament, called the Super Final in Almaty, Kazakhstan from 12–17 June 2012. The two teams that reach the final of the Super Final will be the first teams to quality for the water polo tournament of the 2013 World Aquatics Championships in Barcelona. FINA Water Polo World League
The FINA Water Polo World League was an international water polo league organized by FINA (now World Aquatics), which played annually, typically from winter through to June. League play featured continental tournaments for men and women, from which the top teams emerged to play in the championship tournament (the ''Super Final'') where the league champion team is crowned. Men's league play began in 2002, to capitalize on increased worldwide popularity of water polo created by the 2000 Olympic Games, especially in Europe, North America, and Australia.
