Intel Core I9
The following is a list of Intel Core i9 brand microprocessors. They were introduced in May 2017 for LGA 2066 chips, also known as Intel Core X-series processors. With their high number of cores, high power draw, high thermal output, and high performance, they are intended to be used by enthusiasts. A mobile version based on the standard BGA1440 socket was released in 2018, featuring six Hyper-threading, hyperthreaded cores and 12 MB of cache. It has been proven to be able to attain 5 GHz under ideal conditions. The Core i9 brand was expanded to incorporate mainstream processors in October 2018, following the release of the Core i9-9900K processor, which uses Intel's mainstream consumer platform. Desktop processors Skylake-X (14 nm, 7th generation) * All models support: ''MMX (instruction set), MMX, Streaming SIMD Extensions, SSE, SSE2, SSE3, SSSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, Advanced Vector Extensions, AVX, Advanced Vector Extensions 2, AVX2, AVX-512, FMA3, Intel MPX, MPX, Enhanced ...

Gulftown
Gulftown or Westmere-EP is the codename of an up to six-core hyperthreaded Intel processor able to run up to 12 threads in parallel. It is based on Westmere microarchitecture, the 32 nm shrink of Nehalem. Originally rumored to be called the Intel Core i9, it is sold as an Intel Core i7. The first release was the Core i7 980X in the first quarter of 2010, along with its server counterpart, the Xeon 3600 and the dual-socket Xeon 5600 (Westmere-EP) series using identical chips. Processor First figures indicate that at equivalent clock rates, depending on the software, it has up to 50% higher performance than the identically clocked quad-core Bloomfield Core i7-975. Despite having 50% more transistors, the CPU strongly benefits from the 32-nm process, drawing the same or even less power (depending on the operating system) than its Bloomfield predecessors with merely four cores. The thermal design power (TDP) of all planned models is stated to be 130 watts. Westmere-EP is the first ...

Straight-nine Engine
The straight-nine engine (also referred to as an inline-nine engine; abbreviated I9 or L9) is a piston engine A reciprocating engine, also often known as a piston engine, is typically a heat engine that uses one or more reciprocating pistons to convert high temperature and high pressure into a rotating motion. This article describes the common feat ... with nine cylinders arranged in a straight line along the crankshaft. The most common application is for large diesel engines used by ships. Examples of straight-nine engines include: *Rolls-Royce Bergen B, C and K series *Wärtsilä RT-flex60C-B, RT-flex82C, RTA84T-D, RTA84C, RTA96C, 20, 26, 32, Wasa32LN, 38, 46 and 46F series Straight-09 Nine-cylinder engines 09 {{Automotive-part-stub ...

ICD-9
The International Classification of Diseases (ICD) is a globally used diagnostic tool for epidemiology, health management and clinical purposes. The ICD is maintained by the World Health Organization (WHO), which is the directing and coordinating authority for health within the United Nations System. The ICD is originally designed as a health care classification system, providing a system of diagnostic codes for classifying diseases, including nuanced classifications of a wide variety of signs, symptoms, abnormal findings, complaints, social circumstances, and external causes of injury or disease. This system is designed to map health conditions to corresponding generic categories together with specific variations, assigning for these a designated code, up to six characters long. Thus, major categories are designed to include a set of similar diseases. The ICD is published by the WHO and used worldwide for morbidity and mortality statistics, reimbursement systems, and automated ...

Form I-9
Form I-9, officially the Employment Eligibility Verification, is a United States Citizenship and Immigration Services form. Mandated by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, it is used to verify the identity and legal authorization to work of all paid employees in the United States. All U.S. employers must ensure proper completion of Form I-9 for each individual they hire for employment in the United States. Requirements The Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) required employers to verify that all newly hired employees presented facially valid documentation verifying the employee's identity and legal authorization to accept employment in the United States. The I-9 form, or more properly the Employment Eligibility Verification Form, is provided by the federal government for that purpose. Every employee hired after November 6, 1986 must complete an I-9 form at the time of hire. Employees must complete Section 1 of the form upon commencing employment. The e ...

Interstate 9
State Route 99 (SR 99), commonly known as Highway 99 or, simply, as 99 (without any further designation), is a north–south state highway in the U.S. state of California, stretching almost the entire length of the Central Valley. From its southern end at Interstate 5 (I-5) near Wheeler Ridge to its northern end at SR 36 near Red Bluff, SR 99 goes through the densely populated eastern parts of the valley. Cities served include Bakersfield, Delano, Tulare, Visalia, Kingsburg, Selma, Fresno, Madera, Merced, Turlock, Modesto, Manteca, Stockton, Sacramento, Yuba City, and Chico. The highway is a remnant of the former Mexico to Canada U.S. Route 99 (US 99), which was decommissioned in 1972 after being functionally replaced by I-5 for long-distance traffic south of Sacramento. The entire segment from Wheeler Ridge to Sacramento has been upgraded as of January 2016 to a freeway at least four lanes wide, and the California Department of Tra ...

Skaraborg Regiment (infantry)
The Skaraborg Regiment ( sv, Skaraborgs regemente), designation I 9, was a Swedish Army infantry regiment that traced its origins back to the 16th century. It was converted to an armoured regiment in 1942. The regiment's soldiers were recruited from Skaraborg County, and it was later garrisoned there. History The regiment has its origins in '' fänikor'' raised in Skaraborg County in the 16th century. The oldest preserved documents dealing with ''fänikor'' and foot soldiers in Skaraborg County are from 1543. Of the ''fänikor'' from Västergötland and Dalsland, in 1613 a grand regiment of 3,000 men was formed. Sometime between 1621 and 1624, the grand regiment was permanently split into three smaller field regiments which formed the basis for Skaraborg Regiment, Älvsborg Regiment and Halland Regiment. Skaraborg Regiment got Bengt Pilefeldt as its first commander. The regiment was mentioned in the Instrument of Government of 1634 as ''Det Andre Wästgöthe Regemente, där unde ...
