Humanist Party (Argentina)
The Humanist Party ( es, Partido Humanista) is a progressive political party in Argentina and is a member of the Humanist International. The party was founded in 1984 by Luis Alberto Ammann. Its "five basic points" are: # The human being as a value and central focus # Nonviolence as method of action # The principle of options (economic, organizational, and ideological) # Nondiscrimination # A new kind of economy The party is currently a member of the Front for Victory. Orange (colour)
Orange is the colour between yellow and red on the visible spectrum, spectrum of light, visible light. Human eyes perceive orange when observing light with a dominant wavelength between roughly 585 and 620 nanometres. Luis Alberto Ammann
Luis Alberto Ammann (17 November 1942 – 6 November 2020) was an Argentine politician of the Humanist Party as well as journalist, schoolteacher and writer. Amman was born in Villa Dolores, Córdoba Province. He ran for President of Argentina during the 2007 Argentine general election, obtaining 0.41% of the votes. Amman obtained a degree in linguistics from the National University of Córdoba and a degree in philology from the University of La Laguna in Tenerife, Spain. As journalist, he was an editor of ''La Voz del Interior'' before entering politics. He founded the Humanist Party in 1984 and later affiliated, in 1987, with the Communist Party and the Green party. He was candidate for president in 1989 Argentine general election, obtaining 0.26% of votes for the Green Humanist Party and later affiliated with Fernando "Pino" Solanas. Kirchnerism
Kirchnerism ( es, Kirchnerismo ) is an Argentine political movement based on populist ideals formed by the supporters of Néstor Kirchner and his wife Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, who consecutively served as Presidents of Argentina. Although considered a branch of Peronism, it is opposed by some factions of Peronists and generally considered to fall into the category of left-wing populism. Although originally a section in the Justicialist Party, Kirchnerism later received support from other smaller Argentine political parties (like the Communist Party or the Humanist Party) and from factions of some traditional parties (like the Radical Civic Union and the Socialist Party).
