Major (retd) Habibullah Khan Tarin (born 1947) is a former Pakistan Army officer, a Member of Provincial Assembly and a former Speaker of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Assembly. A Member of the Provincial Assembly, or MPA is a representative elected by the voters of an electoral district to the legislature or legislative assembly of a subnational jurisdiction.
