Hong Linh Ha Tinh Football Club (), simply known as HLHT or Ha Tinh, is a Vietnamese professional football club which is based in Hà Tĩnh, Vietnam. The club currently competes in the V.League 1, the top tier of Vietnamese football. The club is named after the Hồng Lĩnh mountain in the province, and also to match with the name of "rival" Song Lam Nghe An, who used Lam River as part of their name. History Hong Linh Ha Tinh FC was founded on 12 January 2019 after the relocation of Hanoi FC B to Hà Tĩnh, thus becoming the only professional football club in the province. On 30 August 2019, the club won the 2019 V.League 2 before two rounds (20/22 rounds) and subsequently promotion to the V.League 1 for the 2020 season for the first time in the club's history. Noel Mbo (born 14 March 1999) is a Congolese professional footballer who plays as a striker for V.League 1 club Hong Linh Ha Tinh. Early and personal life Mbo was born in the Congo and moved to England as a child. Career Mbo began his career with Charlton Athletic, before signing with Gillingham in October 2015. He turned professional for the 2017–18 season, spending time on loan at non-league clubs Hampton & Richmond Borough and Kingstonian. Trần Văn Bửu (born 17 July 1998) is a Vietnamese professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for V.League 1 club Hồng Lĩnh Hà Tĩnh. Club career Born in Nghệ An, Văn Bửu was formed at the Viettel academy based in Hanoi. In 2018, he was released by Viettel and joined Phù Đổng. Leygley Minh Adou (born 9 September 1997) is a French professional footballer who plays as a center-back for V.League 1 club Hong Linh Ha Tinh.
