Hüsnü Doğan
Hüsnü Doğan (born 1944) is a Turkish former politician who served as the 38th minister of National Defense from 28 October 1990 to 22 February 1991. He entered into the political race in the Grand National Assembly after serving as deputy of Istanbul. He also served as minister of State in the 47th government of Turkey and minister of Agriculture and Forestry. Biography Doğan was born in Malatya in 1944. He received his early schooling in his hometown and graduated from Middle East Technical University with civil engineering in 1969. He worked at State Planning Organization as a researcher until 1973. He later joined Foreign Investment Board in 1980 and became its chairperson. Ahmet Mesut Yılmaz () (6 November 1947 – 30 October 2020) was a Turkish politician. He was the leader of the Motherland Party (, ANAP) from 1991 to 2002, and served three times as Prime Minister of Turkey. His first two prime-ministerial terms lasted just months (in 1991 and 1996), while the third ran from June 1997 to January 1999. Semra Özal (; born 12 January 1934) was the 8th first lady of Turkey as the spouse of the 8th President of Turkey Turgut Özal. She was also the second lady of Turkey during her husband's prime ministry from 1983 to 1989. The couple has three children: Ahmet Özal (born 1955), Zeynep Özal (born 1956) and Efe Özal (born 1967). State Planning Organization (, DPT) was established on September 30, 1960, National Unity Committee's initiatives following the 1960 Turkish coup d'état. Unlike the previous administration, which limited state planning primarily to agriculture, this new body was tasked with advising the government on setting economic, social, and cultural objectives, as well as formulating five-year plans in alignment with these objectives.
