Hüseyin Baybaşin
Hüseyin Baybaşin (born 25 December 1956) is a Kurdish drug baron and crime boss, the former leader of the Baybaşin family. Following his drug trafficking in the 1990s, he made his name internationally. He was a notorious criminal against whom European countries had issued search warrants. In 2002, he was sentenced to life imprisonment and sent to Nieuw Vosseveld, where he remains today. Baybaşin was born in Lice in 1956. At the age of 14, he was introduced to marijuana and was first caught with pounds of hashish in Istanbul in 1976, when he was 20. In the following years, he became a heroin dealer when his family entered the heroin business. With the ''Kısmetim-1'' incident in 1992, he made a name for himself in Turkish and European media. Lice, Turkey
Lice (; ; ; ) is a Districts of Turkey, district and town of Diyarbakır Province, Turkey. Its area is and population is 24,364 (2022). It is located 90 km from the capital, Diyarbakır, and the current kaymakam, governor of the town is Kerem Yenigün. The town is populated by Kurds. Pablo Emilio Escobar Gaviria (; ; 1 December 19492 December 1993) was a Colombian drug lord, narcoterrorist, and politician who was the founder and leader of the Medellín Cartel. ''Sabah'' is a Turkish daily newspaper, with a circulation of around 330,000 as of 2011. Its name means "morning" in Turkish language, Turkish. Bayrampaşa Prison
The Bayrampaşa Prison () is a former prison in the Bayrampaşa district of Istanbul Province in Turkey. It was established in 1968 in an area of 120.000m². History The construction of the prison was started 1956. 12 years later, in 1968, it was opened with the name Sağmalcılar Prison (). Inmates of the closing Sultanahmet Jail were moved to Sağmalcılar. In late 2000, many prisoners across Turkey went on a hunger strike to protest against a cell system in F-type Prisons. A fake passport is a counterfeit of a passport (or other travel document) issued by a nation or authorised agency.
