Honey
Honey is a sweet and viscous substance made by several species of bees, the best-known of which are honey bees. Honey is made and stored to nourish bee colonies. Bees produce honey by gathering and then refining the sugary secretions of plants (primarily floral nectar) or the secretions of other insects, like the honeydew of aphids. This refinement takes place both within individual bees, through regurgitation and enzymatic activity, and during storage in the hive, through water evaporation that concentrates the honey's sugars until it is thick and viscous. Nicolae Hönigsberg
Nicolae Hönigsberg (also known as Miklós Kinigli; 28 August 1901 – 8 December 1944) was a Romanian footballer of Hungarian and Jewish ethnicity. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1924 Summer Olympics. Club career Nicolae Hönigsberg was born on 28 August 1901 in Nagyvárad, Austria-Hungary (today Oradea in Romania), starting to play football at local club, CA Oradea for whom he appeared in 49 league matches and scored 19 goals. His biggest performance with Oradea was reaching the 1923–24 Divizia A final where they lost 4–1 in front of Chinezul Timișoara. By the late 1920s he played for Haggibor Cluj, the team of the city's Jewish community. Hönigsberg & Deutsch was an architecture studio and construction company formed in Zagreb by architects Leo Hönigsberg and Julio Deutsch, active between 1889 and 1911. They produced over 90 known works in the Donji grad (Zagreb), Lower Town area of Zagreb, built during the redevelopment in the years following the 1880 Zagreb earthquake. The majority of these were residential houses, but they also designed manufacturing plants, synagogues and public institution buildings. Leo Hönigsberg (, ; born in 1861, died in 1911) was a famous Croatian architect and co-owner of the architecture studio Hönigsberg & Deutsch. Early life and family Hönigsberg was born in Zagreb, Austro-Hungarian Monarchy, to a Croatian-Jewish family.
