Hélio Da Silva
Hélio Coutinho da Silva (2 December 1923 – 12 July 1987) was a Brazilian sprinter and triple jumper. At the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, he competed in the men's 100 metres, 4 × 100 metres relay and triple jump. At the 1951 Pan American Games in Buenos Aires, he won a silver medal in the triple jump as well as competing in the men's 100 metres, 200 metres and long jump The long jump is a track and field event in which athletes combine speed, strength and agility in an attempt to leap as far as possible from a takeoff point.
