Francisco Saracho Navarro (born 8 February 1963) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party (PRI). In 2009–2012 and 2015–2018 he served in the Chamber of Deputies, representing the First Federal Electoral District of Coahuila. Life Saracho obtained his law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Coahuila in 1984 and promptly began serving in the state government.
