Hubert Wołąkiewicz
Hubert Wołąkiewicz (born 21 October 1985) is a Polish professional Association football, footballer who plays as a centre-back. Club career He started his football career in Tęcza 34 Płońsk. In 2002, he joined Amica Wronki and played for their junior teams until the end of the 2002–03 season, before being promoted to the reserve team. On 11 April 2006, he made his Ekstraklasa debut in a 0–3 defeat against Korona Kielce. After Amica merged with Lech Poznań, Wołąkiewicz remained in the team from Wronki and played with them in the 2006–07 season in the III liga, third league. In July 2007, Wołąkiewicz moved to the I liga, second-league Lechia Gdańsk, where he quickly became the main defender. In the 2007–08 season, he and his team won promotion to the Ekstraklasa. V liga represents the sixth level of the Polish football hierarchy. Teams promoted from V liga move up to IV liga, whilst relegated teams descend to the regional league. The 2014–15 Ekstraklasa (also known as T-Mobile Ekstraklasa due to its Sponsor (commercial), sponsorship by T-Mobile Polska) was the 81st season of Sports league, the highest level of football leagues in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1927 Ekstraklasa, 1927. The 2007–08 I liga (then known as the II liga) was the 60th season of the I liga, the second highest division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1949. The league was operated by the Polish Football Association (PZPN). The league contested by 18 teams who competed for promotion to the 2008–09 Ekstraklasa.
