Sichuan
Sichuan is a province in Southwestern China, occupying the Sichuan Basin and Tibetan Plateau—between the Jinsha River to the west, the Daba Mountains to the north, and the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau to the south. Hanzhong ( zh, s= , t= , l=middle of the Han River (Hubei), Han River; abbreviation: Han) is a prefecture-level city in Southern Shaanxi, the southwest of Shaanxi, Shaanxi province, China, bordering the provinces of Sichuan to the south and Gansu to the west. The founder of the Han dynasty, Liu Bang, was once enfeoffed as the king of the Hanzhong region after overthrowing the Qin dynasty. Chronicles Of Huayang
The ''Chronicles of Huayang'' or ''Huayang Guo Zhi'' ( zh, t=華陽國志, s=华阳国志, first=t, l=Records of the Lands South of Mt. Hua) is the oldest extant gazetteer of a region of China. It was compiled by Chang Qu during the Jin dynasty. It contains roughly 110,000 characters. Its contents comprise history, geography and biographies of the Sichuan region. It was used by the Liu Song historian Pei Songzhi in his annotations to the ''Records of the Three Kingdoms'', and by the Tang dynasty prince Li Xian when he wrote his commentaries on the '' Book of the Later Han''. Shuangliu District () is a suburban district of the City of Chengdu, Sichuan, China. The district covers an area of , and has a population of approximately 2,659,829 as of 2020. It is the home of Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport, the fourth busiest airport in China.
