2022 ASEAN Grand Prix
The 2nd ASEAN Grand Prix Women's Volleyball Invitation was the second edition of the ASEAN Grand Prix. It is an international women's volleyball tournament contested by 4 national teams that are the members of the Southeast Asian Volleyball Association (SAVA), the sport's regional governing body affiliated to Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC). Volleyball At The 2023 Southeast Asian Games – Women's Tournament
Volleyball is a team sport in which two teams of six players are separated by a net. Each team tries to score points by grounding a ball on the other team's court under organized rules. It has been a part of the official program of the Summer Olympic Games since Tokyo 1964. Beach volleyball was introduced to the program at the Atlanta 1996 Summer Olympics. The adapted version of volleyball at the Summer Paralympic Games is sitting volleyball. Basic play The complete set of rules is extensive, but play essentially proceeds as follows: a player on one of the teams begins a 'rally' by serving the ball (tossing or releasing it and then hitting it with a hand or arm), from behind the back boundary line of the court, over the net, and into the receiving team's court. 2022 Asian Women's Volleyball Cup
The 2022 Asian Women's Volleyball Cup, so-called 2022 AVC Cup for Women was the seventh edition of the Asian Cup, a biennial international volleyball tournament organised by the Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) with Philippine National Volleyball Federation (PNVF). The tournament was held at PhilSports Arena, Pasig, Philippines from 21 to 29 August 2022. As hosts, Philippines automatically qualified for the tournament, while the remaining 9 teams, qualified from the 2019 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship in Seoul, South Korea. Japan won their first ever title, winning over China in the final. Qualification The 10 AVC member associations qualified for the 2022 Asian Women's Volleyball Cup. The 2019 ASEAN Grand Prix is the inaugural edition of the ASEAN Grand Prix, a new annual international women's volleyball tournament which is contested by 4 national teams that are the members of the Southeast Asian Volleyball Association (SAVA), the sport's regional governing body affiliated to Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC). Supreme Volleyball Club () is a Thai professional women's volleyball club based in Bangkok and have managed by Supreme Volleyball Club Co., Ltd. which was a subsidiary of Supreme Distribution (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
