Hossein Ali Mallah
Hossein Ali Mallah (1921–1992; ) was an Iranian musician, musicologist, painter, and author. He worked to connect Persia's historical poetry and music, as well as researched music and instruments. Early life and family Hossein Ali Mallah was born in 1921, in Golestan province, Imperial State of Persia (now Iran). However the exact city of his birth has been debated by sources as either Bandar-e Gaz, Tehran, or Now Kandeh. He was one of the five children of Agha Bozur Khan Mallah, and Khadijeh Afzal Vaziri; and he was a grandson of Bibi Khanoom Astarabadi. His siblings included Mahlagha Mallah, an environmental activist; and , a memoirist. Ruhollah Khaleqi
Ruhollah Khaleqi ( ; 1906 – 12 November 1965) was a prominent Iranian composer, conductor and author. He is best known for composing the patriotic song " Ey Iran". He was the father of Golnoush Khaleghi—Iran's first female conductor. Early life and education Khaleqi was born in Mahan, a small town near Kerman, in a musically minded family. He first became acquainted with the tar, but later started to learn to play the violin. As soon as Ali-Naqi Vaziri established his school of music, Khaleqi left school and joined Vaziri's school, where he studied for eight years. Soon he became his master's assistant and was placed in charge of teaching music theory. Habibollah Badiee
Habibollah Badiee (; 1933–1992) was an Iranian musician, singer, and composer. He was known for combining Western-style classical violin and Iranian symphonic music. Badiee was considered one of the masters of his generation of Iranian music. Biography Habibollah Badiee was born on 4 April 1933, in the Azan Deh village in Savadkuh County in Mazandaran province, Imperial State of Persia (now Iran). At age 8, his family moved to Tehran. At the age of 17, he started working for Golha radio station, where he was a soloist. Badiee composed more than 200 songs, some were for other musical artists, and many of which are considered classics. In 1964, he became a member of the Radio Music Council, and in 1966, he became the deputy director of Radio Tehran and then the deputy director of music department. Ali Tajvidi
Ali Tajvidi (; November 7, 1919 – March 15, 2006) was an Iranian musician, composer, violinist, songwriter, and music professor at the School of National Music and Tehran University. He composed more than 150 songs and discovered and produced for many Persian performers such as Delkash and Hayedeh. He was born in Tehran, where his father was active as a painter in the style of Kamal-ol-Molk.
