Horacio Ramiro González
Horacio Ramiro González (born 7 August 1956) is an Argentine politician. From 2007 to 2015 he was president of the Chamber of Deputies of Buenos Aires Province. Biography He enrolled at the University of Morón and graduated as Certified Public Accountant. Political career In 1995 he was elected councilman at Ituzaingó district of the Province of Buenos Aires. By choice of his peers he was elected president of the Deliberative Council, a position he held from 1995 to 1999. In 1999 he was elected deputy for the Province of Buenos Aires, representing the first electoral section, a position he held for four years. In 2003 he was elected provincial deputy again for a further period of four years, being appointed by his peers as vice president of the Chamber of Deputies of the Province of Buenos Aires. Buenos Aires Province Chamber Of Deputies
The Chamber of Deputies of Buenos Aires Province () is the lower house of the Legislature of Buenos Aires Province, the largest and most populous of Argentina's provinces. It is made up of 92 deputies elected in eight multi-member constituencies known as Electoral Sections. The number of deputies that correspond to each of the electoral sections is proportional to their population, as observed in the results of every nationwide census conducted in Argentina every 10 years. Seats may only be added to adjust the proportionality of each section, but never reduced. As in the National Chamber of Deputies and most other provincial legislatures, elections to the Chamber are held every two years, so that half of its members are up in each election, making it a rare example of staggered elections used in a lower house. Jorge Sarghini
Jorge Emilio Sarghini (born 11 June 1953) is an Argentine economist and politician. Historically a member of the Justicialist Party, Sarghini has served in a number of political posts throughout his career, most notably as a member and president of the Buenos Aires Province Chamber of Deputies, as Minister of Economy of Buenos Aires Province during the successive administrations of Eduardo Duhalde and Carlos Ruckauf, and briefly as Secretary of Communications during Duhalde's interim presidency in 2002. In 2013, Sarghini left the Justicialist Party and joined the Renewal Front, led by Sergio Massa. After having served in the Chamber of Deputies from 2005 to 2009, Sarghini became once again a member of the lower house of Congress in 2019, replacing the vacancy left by Daniel Arroyo. The Front for Victory (, FPV) was a centre-left Peronist electoral alliance in Argentina, and is formally a faction of the Justicialist Party.
