The term ''district'', in the context of China, is used to refer to several unrelated political divisions in both ancient and modern China. Xitun Subdistrict, Chifeng
Xitun District or Situn District (, literally "western village") is the second-most populated District (Taiwan), district of Taichung, Taiwan. It is located on the western side of the city. Once considered part of the countryside, the district has seen rapid growth in recent years with department store and office towers in the Taichung's 7th Redevelopment Zone, redevelopment zone. Taichung City Hall is located in the district. History The original inhabitants of the area were the Pazeh people, who inhabited the Taichung Basin. The first Han Chinese, Han settlers arrived in 1701, led by Liao Chao Kong () and Chang Da Jing (). As a result, the Pazeh people were pushed out of the area, and most of them migrated to Puli, Nantou. Many of its prehistory artifacts can be found at the Huilai Monument Archaeology Park. Xicheng Subdistrict, Chifeng
Xicheng () is a district of the city of Beijing. Its cover the western half of the old city (largely inside the 2nd Ring Road; the eastern half is Dongcheng District), and has 1,106,214 inhabitants (2020 Census). Its postal code is 100032. Xicheng is subdivided into 15 subdistricts of the city proper of Beijing. The former Xuanwu District was merged into Xicheng in July 2010. The Xidan commercial district, Beijing Financial Street, Beihai Park, Jingshan Park, Shichahai, and Zhongnanhai are all within its jurisdiction. The popular Houhai bar area is also in Xicheng Precinct. Before the 1911 Revolution, most royalty and aristocrats resided in the precinct. The oldest Catholic church in Beijing, the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception is located in Xicheng. Uncle Monk was an American bluegrass band. The band's two members were Tommy Ramone, an original member of the Ramones, and Claudia Tienan, a guitarist, bassist and vocalist formerly with an alternative band, the Simplistics. Uncle Monk released one album, also named ''Uncle Monk'' (March 2006). Tommy Ramone wrote to Jari-Pekka Laitio-Ramone in 2012–2014, that Uncle Monk are working with their second album. Tommy wrote: "Yes, Claudia and I are finishing up the next record. There will be indie songs, bluegrass songs, old-time songs, romantic songs, and unclassifiable songs", Tommy explained to Jari-Pekka who run Ramones' page http://www.ramonesheaven.com. Yongju Subdistrict, Chifeng
Yeongju (; ) is a city in North Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. It has an area of 668.84 km2 and a population of 113,930 people according to the 2008 census. The city borders Bonghwa county to the east, Danyang County of North Chungcheong Province to the west, Andong and Yecheon county to the south, and Yeongwol County of Gangwon Province to the north. Buseoksa Temple in Yeongju is outstanding as a representative temple of the Avatamsaka Sect of Silla Buddhism.
