Rafiq Hilmi ('','' 1898–1960) was a Kurdish historian, writer and politician born in Kirkuk. He was founder of the Kurdish party ''Hîwa'' in 1938 and author of many books on the history of Kurdistan and Kurdish language. After attending school in Sulaymaniyah, Sulaimania and Baghdad, he continued his studies at the Military Academy and Technical School of Istanbul. Hazret Süleyman Hilmi Tunahan (1888, Silistre, Bulgaria - 16 September 1959; Kısıklı, Üsküdar, Istanbul ); is the founder of the Süleymancılar Sufi order, a Turkish Islamic scholar, and mystic. Mustafa Hilmi Hadžiomerović (1816 – 10 February 1895) was a Bosnian Muslim Islamic cleric who served as the first Grand Mufti of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 1882 to 1893. Biography Born in Kulen Vakuf in 1816, Hadžiomerović received his basic religious and general education in his birth town. He later studied at a high school in Prijedor, before attending the Gazi Husrev Bey's Madrasa in Sarajevo. Hüseyin Hilmi Pasha ( , also spelled Hussein Hilmi Pasha) (1 April 1855 – 1922) was an Ottoman statesman and imperial administrator. He was twice the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire around the time of the Second Constitutional Era. He was also one-time president of the Turkish Red Crescent. Ahmed Hilmi Abd al-Baqi Pasha ( 1883 – 1963) was an Arab soldier, economist, and politician of Albanian descent, who served in various positions in post- Ottoman Levant, and later as Prime Minister of the short-lived All-Palestine Government in the Gaza Strip. Ahmed Hilmi of Filibe (or Ahmed Hilmi) (1865–1914) was a Sufi Turkish language writer and thinker. In Turkish he is usually called ''Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi'' ("Ahmed Hilmi of Plovdiv Son of A Consul").
