Hilda Thegerström
Hilda Aurora Thegerström (1838–1907) was a Swedish pianist, music teacher and composer in the second half of the 19th century. Thanks to training under Franz Berwald, in April 1856 she was able to perform Chopin's Piano Concerto No. 2 (Chopin), Concerto in F-minor accompanied by the Kungliga Hovkapellet, Royal Swedish Orchestra. After further training under Franz Liszt, from 1859 she gave concerts in Weimar, Munich and Leipzig before returning to perform in Sweden. Jakob Ludwig Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy (3 February 18094 November 1847), widely known as Felix Mendelssohn, was a German composer, pianist, organist and conductor of the early Romantic period. Mendelssohn's compositions include symphonies, concertos, piano music, organ music and chamber music.
