Hernán D. Vera
Hernán Diego Vera (born 1970) is an American judge from California who is serving as a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He previously served as a judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court from 2020 to 2023. Early life and education Vera was born in 1970 in Escondido, California. He received his Bachelor of Arts, with distinction, from Stanford University in 1991 and his Juris Doctor from the UCLA School of Law in 1994. Career Vera served as a law clerk for Judge Consuelo Bland Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California from 1995 to 1996. The Standing Rules of the Senate are the parliamentary procedures adopted by the United States Senate that govern its procedure.
