Hernán Buenahora
Hernán Buenahora Gutíerrez (born 18 March 1967) is a Colombian former road racing cyclist, who was nicknamed ''El Cabrito de Barichara'' during his career. He turned professional in 1990 and placed 18th in the 1994 Tour de France, 10th in the 1995 Tour, 22nd in the 1997 Tour, and 64th in the 1999 Tour. Riding in the 2006–07 UCI America Tour events, Buenahora won the overall titles of the Clasico Ciclistico Banfoandes and the Vuelta al Táchira, riding for the Gobernación del Zulia – Alcaldía de Cabimas cycling team. In the prior season, he had been disqualified in the Vuelta al Colombia when, whilst leading the race, he had a non-negative doping control. However, Buenahora still managed to finish second overall. Barichara
Barichara is a town and municipality in the Santander Department in northeastern Colombia. In 2010, in recognition of its history, architecture, and touristic potential, Barichara was declared a Colombian '' Pueblo Patrimonio'' (heritage town). It is amongst only 11 municipalities nationwide that were selected to be part of the ''Red Turística de Pueblos Patrimonio'' original cohort. Clásico RCN
The Clásico RCN (Spanish for ''RCN Classic'') is an annual cycling road race that takes place over many stages through different regions of Colombia during October. It is organized by the Colombian Cycling Federation. The event is sponsored by Radio Cadena Nacional, which is one of the oldest and largest radio networks in Colombia, and by a network of Colombian business in Medellín "Empresas Públicas de Medellín". The Clásico RCN and the Vuelta a Colombia are the most important stage races in Colombia. History The first event was held in 1961 and was won by Rubén Darío Gómez. The 2000 Giro d'Italia was the 83rd edition of the Giro. It began with a prologue that navigated through the Italian capital Rome. Giro Del Trentino
The Tour of the Alps is an annual professional cycling stage race in Italy and Austria. First held in 1962, it was named Giro del Trentino ( en, Tour of Trentino) until 2016, and run over four stages in the Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol region of Italy. In 2015, the race merged with the nearby one-day race Trofeo Melinda, and the 2015 edition was called the Giro del Trentino Melinda.
