Hernán Bernardello
Hernán Darío Bernardello (born 3 August 1986) is a former Argentine footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Club career Newell's Old Boys Born in Rosario, Santa Fe, Bernardello made his professional debuts in 2006 with Newell's Old Boys, going on to play in three full Primera División seasons with the club. He scored his first goal for the Rosario-based team in a match against Argentinos Juniors, a 4–0 win. Almería On 20 July 2009, Bernardello signed a six-year deal with UD Almería in Spain, who paid €3 million for his services. He made his La Liga debut on 30 August in a 0–0 home draw against Real Valladolid, and only missed eight matches for the Andalusians in his first two seasons combined, suffering relegation in his second. In association football, an assist is a contribution leading to the scoring of a goal, where the contribution is made by someone on the scoring team other than the scorer. The CONCACAF Champions Cup, formerly known as CONCACAF Champions League (2008–2023), is an international association football competition organized by CONCACAF as its top continental tournament for clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean. The San Jose Earthquakes are an American professional association football, soccer club based in San Jose, California. Nicolas De Santis (born November 11, 1967) is a former professional soccer player. Club career After beginning his pro career in 1987 with the Montreal Supra of the Canadian Soccer League, he signed for the Montreal Impact in 1993 where he helped the Impact win the league championship in 1994. Designated Player Rule
The Designated Player Rule, nicknamed the Beckham Rule, allows Major League Soccer franchises to sign up to three players that would be considered outside their salary cap (either by offering the player higher wages or by paying a transfer fee for the player).
