Career 2000 Born in Toyonaka, Osaka, Yaida first became well known when her first single ("Howling" which included the track "How?") was released in 2000 on Aozora Records, an independent label pre-dominantly distributing to the Kansai area of Osaka only, and reportedly sold in excess of 10,000 copies. Released over a year after '' Here Today – Gone Tomorrow'', this album is the first from Yaida after Aozora ceased the distribution and promotion contract with Toshiba-EMI , formerly , was one of Japan's leading music companies. It became a wholly owned subsidiary of British music company EMI Group Ltd. on June 30, 2007, after Toshiba sold off its previous 45% stake. Its CEO and president was Kazuhiko Koike. Wh ....
