Hazaras
The Hazaras (; ) are an ethnic group and a principal component of Afghanistan’s population. They are one of the largest ethnic groups in Afghanistan, primarily residing in the Hazaristan (Hazarajat) region in central Afghanistan. Abdul Khaliq Hazara (assassin)
Abdul Khaliq Hazara (Dari/), (1916 — December 18, 1933) was an Afghans, Afghan Hazaras, Hazara high school student who assassinated the List of monarchs of Afghanistan, King of Afghanistan, Mohammad Nadir Shah, on 8 November 1933, during an award distribution ceremony. He was quickly arrested, tortured, and later executed by Dismemberment, quartering along with most of his relatives. The motive for the assassination was reportedly in revenge for Nadir Shah's unjust taxes and Extrajudicial killing, extrajudicial killings of Hazaras, and for the killing of Ghulam Nabi Khan, Ghulam Nabi Charkhi who was a former Afghanistan ambassador to Moscow who took part in the Afghan civil war of 1928-29 as a supporter of the previous ruler of Afghanistan, the reform-minded Amanullah Khan. Hazaran
Hazaran (Hazar, Hezar), is a massif of the Central Iranian Plateau, and an eastern outlier of the Zagros Mountains. Hazaran is located in Kerman Province, in southeast Iran. Commander Shafi Hazara () was an ethnic Hazara military commander in Afghanistan. He was a senior commander during the resistance of west Kabul and Hazarajat between 1991 and 1996. In the 1990s, he led Hezb-e-Wahdat's "Brigade 2" military wing against rival militias and, against the Taliban takeover. Early life Shafi was born in March 1964 in Chindawol, Kabul, originally from the Turkman valley, Parwan province. He went to Parsa Elementary School and Ansari High School. Kulsoom Hazara
Kulsoom Hazara (born 4 September 1988) is a Pakistani karateka. Background Hazara is the youngest of four children: three sisters and one brother and belongs to the Hazara community of Quetta, Balochistan. She lost her mother to cancer at the age of two and her father to a heart attack at the age of 9. On her father's death, her eldest sister, Fatima and her cousin and brother-in-law, Sarwar Ali became her guardians. In 2000, due to the sectarian violence in her hometown, she shifted to Karachi. The loss of her brother-in-law in 2003, proved traumatic and changed her life. Abdul Khaliq Hazara () is a Pakistani politician in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. He has been the Chairman of Hazara Democratic Party (HDP) since November 2010, and has been a member of the Quetta city council. Political career Abdul Khaliq Hazara started his political career from Hazara Student Federation during his student life.
