Haseltine is an unincorporated community in Greene County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. The community location was west of Springfield on U.S. Route 266 U.S. Route 266 (US 266) is a , east–west U.S. Numbered Highway in Okmulgee, McIntosh, and Muskogee counties in Oklahoma, United States, that connects U.S. Route 62 U.S. Route 75 (US 62/US 75) in Henryetta with U.S. Route 64 (US 62) in Warn ..., adjacent to Interstate 44. History Variant names were "Dorchester" and "Hazeltine Station". A post office called Dorchester was established in 1881, and remained in operation until 1904. Interstate 44 In Missouri
Interstate 44 (I-44) in the US state of Missouri runs northeast from the Oklahoma state line near Joplin to I-70 in Downtown St. Louis. It runs for about in the state, and is the longest Interstate Highway in the state. Route description I-44 enters Missouri in Newton County at the eastern terminus of the Will Rogers Turnpike, south of the Kansas state line. The first interchange in Missouri is the eastern terminus of both U.S. Route 166 (US 166) and US 400. This highway next goes through southern Joplin and then begins to run concurrently with I-49/ US 71 at exit 11 just after entering Jasper County.
