Hanwell Town F.C.
Hanwell Town Football Club are a semi-professional football club representing Hanwell, but currently playing in Perivale in the London Borough of Ealing, England. They were the London Spartan League Senior Division champions in 1983 and the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division champions in 2014. The club is affiliated to the Middlesex County Football Association. History The club was formed in 1920 by a group of natives of Newcastle-upon-Tyne who were working in the Hanwell area, who adopted the famous black and white stripes of Newcastle United as their colours. They played in the London League during the 1920s but dropped down to more local leagues after World War II, where they remained for over twenty years. Perivale
Perivale () is a mainly residential suburban town of Greater London, west of Charing Cross. It is the smallest of the seven towns which make up the London Borough of Ealing. Perivale is predominately residential, with a library, community centre, a number of parks and open spaces, as well as a large industrial estate. Landmarks include the grade II* listed Art Deco Hoover Building, as well as St Mary's Perivale, St Mary's Church (c. 12th century), Horsenden Hill park and Perivale Wood Local Nature Reserve run by the Selborne Society. Middlesex Senior Cup
The Middlesex Senior Cup is the most prestigious football cup competition in the Historic counties of England, historic county of Middlesex, England. The competition is run mainly for non-League clubs in the region, although league clubs have been known to enter the competition, including Brentford F.C., Brentford, Barnet F.C., Barnet and Chelsea F.C., Chelsea. Jordan Edwards (footballer)
Jordan Joseph Terence Edwards (born 26 October 1999) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Hanwell Town. Career On 5 May 2018, Edwards made his professional debut for Swindon Town during their 3–0 home victory over Accrington Stanley, featuring for 81 minutes before being replaced by Timi Elšnik. Prior to his Swindon debut, Edwards spent time on trial at Championship side Norwich City in January 2018. Following his league debut, Edwards was rewarded with his first professional contract ahead of the 2018–19 campaign. On 10 October 2018, Edwards joined Chippenham Town on a three-month loan. In January 2019, Edwards joined Marlow and scored his first goal in a 1–1 draw with Tooting & Mitcham United. Roberto Yohana Nditi (born 1 October 2000) is an English footballer who plays for Scottish club Forfar Athletic as a defender. Club career Born in Basingstoke, Nditi spent his early career with Reading, where he was captain of their under-16 team. He turned professional in June 2019, and in September 2019 he moved on loan to Eastbourne Borough. He was released by Reading at the end of the 2019–20 season, and after leaving Reading he played for Bracknell Town. Addison Righteous Adam Garnett (born 13 September 1996) is an English semi-professional footballer who plays as a defender for Whitehawk. Garnett originally began his career at local side, Bedfont Sports before joining Football League side Queens Park Rangers in his mid-teens. Following his release from Loftus Road, Garnett began a sports scholarship for Missouri State Bears in the US, before returning to England for a trial with Carlisle United in December 2015. However, manager, Keith Curle opted against signing the former Queens Park Rangers man and he instead joined Isthmian League side Hendon during the closing stages of the 2015–16 season. Samuel James Beasant (born 8 April 1988) is an English footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Hanwell Town. Personal life Beasant is the son of former international footballer Dave Beasant, who also played as a goalkeeper. Career After leaving Cypriot club Olympiakos Nicosia due to contract issues, he joined the Glenn Hoddle Academy, where his father was a coach. Following an unsuccessful trial with Birmingham City, he joined non-league Maidenhead United in November 2011. After a successful half-season with the club, he moved onto Woking, but after just three appearances he left for Billericay Town, returning to the Kingfield Stadium ahead of the 2013/14 season. Christopher Moore (born 13 January 1980) is a former footballer who manages Southern Football League side Hanwell Town. He played as a striker. Playing career Moore was born Hammersmith, England. He began his career at Brentford as a trainee before moving on to Uxbridge, Northwood and Dagenham & Redbridge. Moore starred in the four nations tournament for Wales C in 2006 finishing the tournaments top scorer with goals against England and Scotland and a brace against Republic of Ireland, Wales won the four nations tournament held in Sussex, England. Moore was signed by Brentford manager Leroy Rosenior on a free transfer on 5 July 2006. Chertsey is a town in the Borough of Runnymede, Surrey, England, southwest of central London. It grew up around Chertsey Abbey, founded in AD 666 by Earconwald, St Erkenwald, and gained a municipal charter, market charter from Henry I of England, Henry I. 2021–22 Isthmian League
The 2021–22 season was the 107th season of the Isthmian League, which is an English Association football, football competition featuring semi-professional and amateur clubs from London, East of England, East and South East England. The league operates four divisions, the Premier Division at Step 3 and three divisions, North, South Central and South East at Step 4 of the National League System. This was the fourth season since the former South Division was subdivided into the South Central and South East divisions.
